To executive leadership and senior management roles requiring expert financial competencies and the ability to implement process improvement programs Errol Peters has brought over 40 years’ experience in financial and management accounting, external and internal audit and company secretarial services.
Errol earned a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree from the Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Administration Degree from Griffith University. He is an Associate Member of CPA Australia, Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Errol commenced his accounting career working in the audit division of Chartered Accountants KPMG, Brisbane. After working for a number of chartered firms Errol began his commercial experience in the construction materials industry and was the Financial Controller and Company Secretary for the manufacturing start-up operation Sunstate Cement Ltd., a joint venture between Boral Limited and Adelaide Brighton Ltd.
Sunstate achieved an annual turnover of $200 million before Errol broaden his business acumen by working in other industries. His other commercial roles include Financial Controller of Benjamin Construction and Development Pty Ltd, Chief Financial Officer of Surfers Paradise Alliance Limited and Finance Manager, Bethany Christian Care Limited.
Today Errol not only leads Game Changer Business Engineering but also serves as a director and company secretary of a number of Australian public and private companies. Recently Errol has specialised in providing services to Christian Churches, Charities and Not for Profit Organisations.
Jill Peters, naturopath, life-coach and sought-after seminar speaker pursues a fervent quest for knowledge of a broad range of health issues that she believes vital to the health and wellbeing of the clients and patients she attends to.
It was in Auckland that she commenced her career in health, qualifying and working as a Registered Nurse for many years.
Jill owned and managed a bookshop in Sydney for twelve years while also operating a publishing company. When this season concluded Jill commenced studies in natural medicine. When Jill graduated she establish a health clinic in the Gold Coast in 2001 and called it the River of Life Clinic.
Jill has specialised in Nutritional Medicine, Caring for Health & Hormones, Counselling for Emotional Wellness, Weight Loss & Dietary Programs. She has a special interest in the cutting–edge medical technology utilising stem cell enhancement, having seen the many significant benefits it yields.
Sadly Charles passed away after a life well lived and full of inspiration that never will be forgotten.
Charles rose from an early beginning on the factory floor in England as a tool maker to owning and managing successful factories both in England and later in New Zealand. The expertise he developed in tool making held him in good stead when it came to fitting out his own factories. So much so that this expertise enabled him to cut costs significantly below all his competitors. Ultimately his competitors found it advantageous to cease their own manufacturing operations and purchase from his factories.
In recent years Charles has used the expertise he has developed in manufacturing logistics and automation to advise other business managers, not only manufacturers, how to turn their business around through competitive cost reduction.
Simon Fritz is a 20 year veteran of Consultative Selling and has been a high achiever in the areas of Financial Services, Finance & Mortgage Lending, CIT Logistics, Voice and IT. He has dealt successfully with large Australian & International Companies in the Retail Sector, Construction, Banking and Local Government. Often referred to as a “Specialist New Business Person”, Simon has worked with Armaguard, Mayne Logistics, Red Media, Capital Direct Australia and BMW.
Renowned for his ability to deliver, a career highlight was during 3 years with Armaguard selling CIT services to the Retail Sector. With a new business target in the millions, he survived a tumultuous merger, downsizing of the sales force and then a sudden sale of the Company followed by further restructuring. In these difficult circumstances he doggedly hung onto his place as No 1 Nationally while his company was often the most expensive in the marketplace. Making the customer your ally & the value of the win-win are his mantra.
Simon is passionate about presenting and performance and is no stranger to the stage. During the 1990’s he gained 5 years valuable experience as a Film & Television Actor where he featured in numerous national TV commercials, TV series and landed minor roles in films.
